On the 11th of November, we had the privilege of hosting delegates from the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) at FPA. Ms. Manuelle Hurwitz, Director of Development & Impact, Ms. Apurva Rastogi, Architect of Cooperation for the IPPF South Asia Region, and Ms. Melissa Cockroft, Global Lead for Abortion at IPPF, met with our Executive Director, Dr. Ruchitha Perera, and senior management team to discuss the progress of ongoing FPA projects and programmes. Together, we explored how we can enhance our initiatives by drawing on the knowledge and insights from other IPPF member associations.

Later, Ms. Hurwitz, who also oversees IPPF's Social Enterprise Hub, joined the team implementing the Social Enterprise Acceleration Programme (SEAP) for a productive meeting. Mr. Rishikeshan Thiyagaraja, Assistant Director - IPPF SE Hub, Mr. Manjula Liyanage, Technical Advisor - IPPF SE Hub, and Natasha de Rosayro, Assistant Director, Communications, provided valuable updates on the work done so far in 2024, and together, strategized for an impactful 2025.
