A mega Health Camp/Clinic was organised by the SDP in Batticaloa on the 24/11/2014 to scale up with service delivery at the end of 2014. To this end, a health camp consisting of SRH and non SRH services was organised in collaboration with CARE International and World Vision at Vision Hall, Vanthurumoolai. Over 500 clients visited this mega event and were treated and counselled for numerous conditions by healthcare personnel. Dr Esther Amarasekera and Dr Pramilla Senanayake paid a visit and appreciated the work carried out by the Batticaloa Suwaseva Centre for rendering an excellent service to this multi ethnic, multi religious community.
