FPA Sri Lanka, which proudly earned its Great Place To Workยฎ Certification in March 2025, was officially recognized and celebrated at the Great Place To Workยฎ Regional Conference 2025, held on September 23, 2025, at the Hilton Colombo.

The conference, themed โ€œThe Culture Capital,โ€ brought together regional leaders and experts to discuss the future of workplace culture and share insights on building exceptional organizations. The certificate was received at the event by Ms. Radhika Ravinthiren (Coordinator โ€“ Governance) and Ms. Roshela Wijesundara (Administrative Coordinator) on behalf of FPA.

Under the leadership of Executive Director, Dr. Ruchitha Perera, several progressive workplace initiatives were introduced in 2025 to enhance employee productivity, well-being, and inclusivity.

New and enhanced employee-friendly measures included flexible working hours, work-from-home options for select divisions and special circumstances such as pregnancy or illness, and menstrual leave to support womenโ€™s well-being. FPASL also introduced paternity and study leave, comprehensive medical insurance for staff and families, financial assistance during crises, and an educational scholarship scheme for employeesโ€™ children who excel in public exams, reflecting its commitment to staff welfare. An employee satisfaction survey was also carried out to gather insights and strengthen engagement across the organization.

Together, these initiatives reflect FPASLโ€™s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of care, trust, and inclusivity, ensuring it remains a truly Great Place To Workยฎ.
