Weโre thrilled to kick off our annual virtual capacity building workshop, the 6th global โMasterโs in Social Enterpriseโ (MSe) CPD Programme, hosted by FPA Sri Lanka and delivered through IPPFโs Social Enterprise Hub (#SEHub) live on Zoom.
The learning journey began in March/April with Step 1, a self paced e-course on the IPPF SE Academy website. Today launches Step 2, bringing together 37 participants, including staff from 16 IPPF Associations and colleagues from the IPPF Secretariat for two weeks of intensive, facilitator led sessions. Local and international experts, alongside seasoned IPPF and Association staff, will guide participants through SE business model design, market research, marketing, digital marketing, financial analysis, performance management, social impact measurement, financing instruments, leadership, and more.
This progression from foundational e-learning to live collaboration paves the way for Step 3 (June - October); real world implementation of new or growing social enterprise ventures and Step 4 (November), a review and refinement phase that ensures sustainability and scale for each MA.
By strengthening entrepreneurial skills, the programme advances IPPFโs mission to build financially resilient associations and amplify our collective impact.
