TITLE:  Consultant of Conference Videos Publishing and Promoting
PERIOD:  March to September 2024 (7 Months)

The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka (FPAS) with the invaluable support of esteemed technical partners hosted International Conference on Sexual and Reproductive Health; ReproSex 2024. This was a landmark event in the landscape of sexual and reproductive health. This was held on November 2024, at the prestigious BMICH, this conference brings together a diverse array of national and international speakers, experts, and stakeholders dedicated to advancing SRH agendas. With an attendance of national and international participants, ReproSex 2024 offered a dynamic platform for dialogue, collaboration, and action across 12 sub-themes.

FPA Sri Lanka is seeking proposals from experienced and professional Videos Editing, Publishing and Promoting Consultant for the ReproSex 2024 post promotion phase.

Scope of the Work

The objective of this post promotion is to reach untapped audiences through social media platforms by sharing content related to ReproSex 2024. The scope of work includes developing and managing a detailed content publishing plan, editing raw video footage, creating engaging thumbnails, publishing videos on the official YouTube channel, and promoting the content.

1. Content publishing plan development

This entails creating a comprehensive content publishing and sharing strategy to distribute the ReproSex 2024 conference videos to target audiences effectively. The plan should detail video distribution methods with a logical flow and timeline, incorporating diverse promotional tactics. It should also define the target audiences and outline approaches to enhance viewer engagement through the YouTube channel and its community platform.

2. Editing RAW videos

The consultants will be responsible for editing RAW videos of all the sessions and ceremonies of ReproSex 2024 conference. It includes conceptualizing the video, colour grading, add information, add intro and outro etc.

3. Creating Thumbnails and Images for Community Posts

The task includes designing eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for all edited videos to attract YouTube viewers. Additionally, the consultant will create promotional images for YouTube Community posts to highlight selected videos.

4. Publishing and Promoting Videos

The consultant will upload edited videos to the official ReproSex 2024 YouTube channel following the developed content publishing plan. To maximize global reach among viewers interested in sexual and reproductive health, the consultant will optimize each video by using effective titles, descriptions, and keywords aligned with YouTube’s algorithm. Additionally, the videos will be promoted through the YouTube Community platform to enhance visibility and engagement.

Interested Media and Content Creation companies should submit a proposal that includes the following:

Company Profile: Background and experience in performing similar tasks.

Approach and Methodology: Detailed content publishing plan outlining how the company intends to publish and promote videos.

Strategies: Innovate ideas and strategies to conceptualize, edit, publish and promote videos.

Budget: Detailed budget breakdown for the proposed services.

Timeline: Proposed timeline for key deliverables and milestones.
