Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. Neuro-linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between minds (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behavior (programming).
NLP is a multi-dimensional process that involves the development of behavioral competence and flexibility, strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind behavior. It provides tools and skills for the development of states of individual excellence.
NLP helps to overcome painful memories, bad habits, procrastination, and anxiety and adopt new behaviors and habits, achieve peak performance, become a better communicator and learn and understand more quickly.
