FPA Sri Lanka is implementing at present the Strategic Plan for 2016-2022 to achieve the broader goal of universal access to reproductive health. For a Non- Governmental Organisation like ours, an M & E system is vital as it ensures quality of service, tracks progress, enables informed decision making and captures accurate results in a transparent and accountable manner for the benefit of our partners and stakeholders.
To this end, the M & E Unit organized a two day capacity building workshop/refresher course for representatives of 9 Units, namely the Outreach Unit, the Public Affairs, Policy and Advocacy Unit, GFATM Project Unit, Finance Unit, M&E Unit, the Centre for Family Health, the Sales and Marketing Programme, Alokaya Counselling Centre and Happy Life.
Resource persons were Mr. Suchira Suranga (Head of FPA Sri Lanka’s M&E Unit) Mr. Duminda Rajakaruna (Assistant Director – M&E) and Mr. Janaranga Dewasurendra (Manager- M&E).
