FPA Sri Lanka’s half year review of organizational level performance was conducted on the 13th of July 2016. All functional departments, namely the Sales & Marketing Programme (SMP), Public Affairs, Policy and Advocacy Unit, the Outreach Unit and Service Delivery Points, Medical Unit and Pharmacy and the Chinthana Centre presented their achievements against the projections of key performance indicators.

Lessons learnt, best practices and the way forward were communicated. The newly developed FPA Sri Lanka Monitoring and Evaluation Standard Operational Procedure (M&E SOP) Manual was officially launched at the workshop. The M & E Unit conducted an induction session on the M&E SOP including plan of action for future initiatives.
