FPA Sri Lanka's Governance Reforms Project - Reformed, Renewed & Ready for 2023!

FPA Sri Lanka recently underwent a governance reform process to improve the inclusivity and efficacy of the organization's governing board and thereby improve service delivery.

Our goals with the recent reforms are simple - ensuring we reach more young people and those in marginalised communities. , to make our service delivery better, stronger, and attuned to the needs of now!

We also launched 'Ask our Champions!’ series, where we spoke with activists, advocates and our staff on their advocacy stories with FPA Sri Lanka. The videos promote values of youth leadership, diversity and inclusivity that FPA’s mandate prioritises.
