Our heartiest congratulations to Mr Senel Wanniarachchi for being one of the recipients at the Queen's Young Leaders 2017 Awards Ceremony that was held at Buckingham Palace on the 29^th of June 2017.

The Queen’s Young Leaders Awards recognise and celebrate exceptional young people aged 18 to 29 in the Commonwealth who are driving change within their communities and transforming people’s lives.

 The Queen’s Young Leaders Programme was established in 2014 by The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust in partnership with Comic Relief, The Royal Commonwealth Society and the University of Cambridge’s Institute of Continuing Education, in recognition of The Queen’s lifetime of service to the Commonwealth.

Mr Senel Wanniarachchi is the Senior Manager Advocacy and Communications and Youth Focal Point of FPA Sri Lanka.

A felicitation ceremony was held in honour of his achievement on the 3rd of July at FPA Sri Lanka Headquarters with the participation of the Senior Management Team and staff.
